March - "Denial. Let it go."

Denial. Let go.
“Everything is temporary in this world. Not your current love nor your career nor your wealth. Even you.” These two sentences right there sums up the only solid thing we know in this world, yet, we still live in denial. Whoah, an underlined word, let’s get back to that later. Now shall we begin? That sentence might already touched some of you, but for some of you guys out there, you need the tougher love. The sentences were too soft for me, so for those who needed tough love, here’s another point of view.
You know, once Albert Einstein said “The only thing that we know for sure is only death.” He was a very intelligent men according to all of my readings. And that one sentence right there my friend, is one of the boldest quotes I have ever seen, despite how realistic minded and blunt person I am. Then what is the conclusion? You only live once! And guess what? Everyone also only lives one! And that’s permanent.
People out there are living their own life, I learned this through several experiences and from a youtube titled “15 things you’ll know by the age of 30.” Like come on, gotta learn from the elders right? Not everything is about you. You should remember, the world doesn’t revolve around you, you had a bad day? Guess what the grumpy parking guy must had a bad day with reasons that we don’t know too. You are never alone in this one.
When something hard crash your life and scratched you, go and look, is it a diamond or just another junk? (Figuratively). Other than that you can learn a dash of a great big lesson for your life! (Literally talking right here).
We’re living in denial because of the fantasies, the thoughts, the past and the memories. Let’s get back to the principles set in the second blog, enjoy the process and start live in the moment. When things don’t go as well as we all plan, then what? Deny? Anger? Depression? Do you really want be like that forever? Are you choosing that path? I bet no. It will only drain and the people that are around as well, looping all over again. You’ll get stuck with the same thing all over again, again and again. Keep your heads and the people that have always been there with you up.
Take a deep breathe, regain and live in the presence.
Things happen for a reason. Let it go. It maybe dark when things get really tough in life, it’s like the never ending maze with the only one thing you know for sure, you gotta seek it deeply. And we all know it’s. Find your light. The only thing you can treasure in the never ending dark maze is the light. The journey through the never ending maze tunnel is not easy, but nothing worth comes easy, right? And so does treasure. Do what you’ve got to do, live in the moment each second of your life and be present. You’ll make the best out of it, wasn’t there’s always some kind of a treasure inside a maze and the hardest ones, got the big ones I guess!
Letting go is not easy. I mean who am I to judge? I, myself too still learning. It’s not always about your loved ones, it can be your job, relationship, plans and other stuffs that you can relate too. If you can relate, then that’s great! You’re bound one step ahead of letting it go (what ever that you are thinking right now).
I’ve got a little recipe, but this is no easy recipe for me, well I don’t know for you but for me it is. It took me years to finally masters the art of smiling more. Oh no bloopers, so?
Smile more. Believe me some people might see you as weird, but you’ll be surprised by how many strangers replies you with big genuine smile or how many had already put their resting b face out there soon realized it’s too late to smile back. Let me know if this little individual social experiment did make you feel better!
Love,
S.
