July - " A Month of Detox, a lot can Happen."




Detox, detox is usually needed when somebody needed to get toxic out of their body, or maybe their mind and soul too. Just to recall, I’ve stated how well connected are our body, mind and soul and sometimes when you let toxic enter your cycle it jeopardize your healthy cycle. To be brief, how healthy your body is, results in how healthy your mind in and the final result is your soul. Soul, the most important part of you.

Soul reflects the output of your vibe around your environment, and it attracts your tribe in some kind of magical way. As you try to release toxic inside your body through exercise, mind through maybe cutting some people out off your radar and in return you got your soul happier. 

A happier soul results to happy positive vibe as the output. A happier mind starts to eliminate the toxic and negative thoughts away from your brain, which then leads you to be invincible, having your own bubble of positivity and happiness whilst spreading it around.

Using the Ramadhan month as the month for me to start my detox program from social media, cutting some people which are negative away from my bubble, focusing more on me rather on anyone else. Just like how Jordan Patterson wrote on his book ’12 Rules of Life’ “Get your house in order first, before you criticize the world”. Through that book, I learn even more that self-love is not only about loving yourself, it is not selfish, it’s about loving your others and your whole environment. It’s about spreading the happiness bubble everywhere, SMILE MORE!

To be brief, I start to know myself even better as I focus on myself even more (preach for a whole month of anti scrolling! LOL). I’ve developed principles that I used to ignore, I value myself more, I know what I want more than ever and I just want to be myself. Be yourself. I might have written it in one of my blogs, but as soon as the lack of self-love strikes, I soon forgot about what I shared to you guys and what I thought I’ve mastered. Haha, laugh all you want, (I, myself is laughing too) hey, we never stop to learn, right?

And then, that day came. I woke up, feeling happier, better and fresher than ever! 
I am on my way to the level of self-love that I wanted to achieve, I started to pursue all of my dreams, I smile more (trust me this really works), I made a joke out of the problems I’m having, I got myself back on track, I refuse to overthink (but pls, PMS. Just don’t) and the last but not least I really do enjoy the process of self-loving. 

Yes, it is not easy. But at least you’ll try your best to, right?
